General Distribution:
South Africa (Limpopo). From Bruyns book ms: the northern parts of the former Transvaal. It is particularly associated with the Soutpansberg, from near Soutpan in the north-west to the village of Masisi at the eastern tip of the range. It has also been collected further eastwards on low sandstone ridges and is known to continue into the Kruger National Park to near Pafuri. To the west of the Soutpansberg it is recorded on the Blouberg and to the south in the northern parts of the Waterberg.
